I find that spyware/adware modifies my register without my knowledge or permission. Is there any way to "lock" the registery? Or have it notify me that it is being modified and ask for permission? They change my computer without permission..isn't that invasion of privicy or home ?

You should rid your computer entirely of spyware.

Open Internet Explorer

-click on "tools" tab

-click "internet options"

at this point, clean out cookies by clicking "delete cookies"

next, click on the "security" tab

("trusted sites" should be left at medium, "ristricted sites" should be left on high)

if there is any adware/spyware you'd like to delete, do so via "add/remove programs".
