Where is my operating system?

Why can`t I load my operating system? All it does is fall back and re-boot all the time

If you are absolutely unable to start up your operating system, you should definately consider a system restore When you turn on your computer that should give you enough time to open your cd-rom Don't worry if the computer re-boots again Pop in the system restore cd that came along with your computer when you first purchased it If the computer re-boots again, don't worry it just saved you a step Once the computer restarts, follow the instructions to restore your computer If the restoration fails and the problem still persists, try re-installing the operating system by following the steps mentioned above only with the operating system cd Good Luck !
