I have Norton Internet Security 2003, and i've run firewall and virus tests and both came back fine.My problem is,when I try to log on to a web site, it sometimes takes me to another web add. and I can't delete or get rid off this site. I don't know what's causing the problem or how I can fix it. I don't know if it's spyware or adware?. Can you help me with this problem?. Thanks, Greg

Greg:

To solve this problem you should open internet explorer, go to tools, internet options, the general tab, then click on Delete cookies, and click ok Then click on delete files, and check off delete all offline content, and click ok And if you like you can clear your history too but that has nothing to do with your problem After you have done this you can go to any website without it redirecting you to another website but always make sure you type www and .com/.org etc.. in the website.

Sincerely,

Dimitrios Theodorou
