Is is possible to download files from the internet and transfer them to a computer without internet access?

I need to download files from the internet and transfer them to a computer without internet access. Has anyone figured out how to break down files larger than 1.4m to fit on multiple floppies?

Yes it is, you can use winrar or either that or hjfile split

Download the program and then chose to split the files and then you set the file sizes you wish them to be split into Or you could just setup a network if possible and do it that way which would also be much faster

Search for the software on yahoo or google.
