How to identify USB ports

My computer has about six USB ports. Some of them are 1.1 and some are 2.0. How can I tell them apart from the exterior of the machine? Is there a way to tell which one is which from device manager.

Try going to the manufacturers web site and look up your model Im sure you can find out there Or call customer support My guess would be the ports in the front would be the USB 2.0 As for the ports 1.1 and 2.0 look the same
