How can I correct the restriction I have placed on myself?

somewhere, somehow (I dont remember where or how) I set my computer so that when I go to tools-internet options on IE I get restricted- check with system administrator. I am the system administrator. How/where can I correct the restriction I placed on myself? I remember that it was a box that I checked.

Go to system restore To do this, you must go to the start button and go to programs Then go to accessories, system tools, and then go to system restore You will then see a calender The days that are in bold are the days that your computer had no errors Pick one of those days This should help you out
