some how I have lost the ability to use regedit and other registery tools to be able to work on my registry. I did a registery scan and it says something to the effect that the tools have been turned off. I have no idea how this happened and how do you turn them back on?

I'm not afraid to work in the registry but I don't know how to get them back on.

Thanks for your help.
