My printer is a Lexmark Z700. I type letters on Microsoft Word. When I click print, sometimes it prints, other time I must reboot my computer before it will print. When the computer reboots and comes back up the printer will start printing. What is the problem?

Sometimes printers just go haywire and there is nothing you can do about it Your best bet for this problem would be to delete this particular printer and then re-install it To delete the printer, click on Start->Settings->Printers and Faxes A new window will appear with a list of all your printers that your computer is connected to Right-click on the specific printer you want to delelte and select the option Delete from the drop down menu When you are ready to add a printer, simply go back into Printers and Faxes P.S You will need the software that came along with your printer when you first purchased it Good Luck!!
