I have a 30 Gig Primary Hard drive ( NTFS ) and a 60 Gig Slave hard drive ( FAT32 ) ,Windows XP Pro.

QUESTION - What file system is best for these HDD's

and why ? Are there any problems with the

setup as is ? Can I download all data from

DVDs of recovered crashed hard drive

containing both file systems?

Thanks In Advance , Bob

You would be better off sticking to NTFS for security reasons and because you can compress files to save space In FAT32 you can't do that There isn't really any problems if this is how you want your hard drive partitioned Also i don't understand your last question it may be the wording.
