A program called - wnscpsv.exe - is continually attempting to access the internet without prompting from a user. What is this program and what is it attempting to do??

Background -

With Win XP, I have McAfee Virus Scan and Firewall running which is intercepting and notifying me of the attempted access, which then, I deny the access.

The program is located in " C:\Windows\System32 " and was installed yesterday (6/1/04) while I was on the internet. I did not install the program nor have I had any updates from MicroSoft or McAfee on that date.

I have also run the virus scan check with no hits and also ran the Ad-aware 6.0 (which was recommended by one of your stores), which did not find anything either.

I attempetd to delete the program, however, the msg box stated it could not be deleted (Access denied). Any ideas?
