Why does my homepage keep going back to 'About:Blank'

Dear Doctors,

I am having a real problem. On Internet Explorer, the homepage is called About:Blank. The top, it says Search For... Whenever I try to change it, and when I bring up a new window, it is there again. It brings up pop ups about Spyware and it has little bugs having sex with eachother. It is amking my machine run alot slower. Also, on my desktop, about every 30 seconds, I recieve a window called messenger service and it is anyware from dipolmas to penis enlargement to new software. Ive tried almost everything, but I dont want to mess anything up. It is ruining my life!!!! Can you Please Help????
