Can you open two pictures at the same time using Winpic and fax?

Is it possible to open more than 1 Windows Picture and Fax Viewer at the same time?

I don't think it is possible I have tried to do so but once you click on another picture the picture and fax viewer puts the picture in the same window I have tried opening the "My documents" folder and also opening "My pictures" folder up, then opening two separate pictures It still didn't work.
