There are two web sites that I can no longer access on my computer. They are financial websites that I have accounts with.

I can access all other web sites on this computer and I can access these very same web sites on two other computers in my house! Something in the browser, perhaps, got changed and I can't figure it out!

Sincerely,

Rick D'Amico

Rick D'Amico:

There are two things you can do here.

First, go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ to update your Windows Always try to update your Windows if there are any updates when your computer is having problems.

Second, you can erase all your temporary internet files which usually solves problems like this To do this click on tools, then internet options Once the window pops up click the Delete Cookies button, then another window pops up, click OK Next click on the Delete Files button, check off Delete all offline content and then click ok Next and last thing to do is click the Clear History button After doing this exit internet explorer and restart your computer Next time you visit the website you should be able to access it.

Regards,

Dimitrios Theodorou
