I am infected with the trojan virus.
It's infected msupdate.exe
Norton quarantines this every time it runs, bud it still appears the next time it runs.
I've located msupdate.exe in a file called "mssinj".
Can't find any info on this file.
IS this a file the virus created?
When I try to delete this, I get a message that the file cannot be deleted because it is used by windows.
IS it safe to delete this file? and how?
Could this be where the trojan virus is?
I'm off cox til this is fixed, I want my cox.net back.
