Reinstalled anti-virus yet?

My nortons anti virous 2003 shows up in the sis tray but I can not open it or recieve updates, it says it is inabled but like I said I can not open it. Help

To whom it may concern:

It seems like your anti-virus program must have a missing file which sometimes happens during installations I would reccomend uninstalling Norton Anti-virus and reinstalling the program Once you reinstall the program you should be able to update the software and use it regularly.
