You will need to change the properties in the 'Users and Passwords' located in the Control Panel Click on Start->Settings->Control Panel This will bring up a new window with a number of different icons Locate and double-click on the icon labeled Users and Passwords (Make sure you are logged in as the Administrator or else you will not have access to this option or you will simply be asked to provide the password for the administrator.) After double clicking on Users and Passwords, this will bring up another window with a list of all the users Click on Add and follow the instructions on the monitor to add another user to the computer In your case this new user will be your daughter After adding the user, click on Properties Clicking this will bring up another window, click on the tab 'Group Membership' and make sure you have the option 'Restricted User' checked and click on Apply and then OK Checking the restricted user will only allow this particular user certain privileges Good Luck!!
