Your boot option is probably not set correctly If you are trying to load up something such as an operating system from the cd and you are trying to access the autorun or just to boot the cd itself Start the computer and hit F12 repeatedly until the boot menu option appears Here you will be given a number of different options to choose from Use the arrow buttons to move the highlighted text to "cd-rom", after selecting this the cd should run automatically If you are simply trying to view and access the programs on the cd what you can do is start your computer and let the operating system load Once it has loaded click on the icon labeled My Computer on your desktop After clicking this you will be given a number of different icons Double click on the icon that has a picture of a cd on it (I really can't tell you what drive letter it is because in your case it might be different) Now you will be able to view and access everything on the cd Good Luck!!
