My computer freeze for no reason... i can be playing a game,

on the internet or nothing at all. Sometime it freezes while booting.

sometimes i can walk away from it and come back and it is frozen.

i have even took the cover off and put a table top fan blowing

inside it thinking it was getting hot. cntrl-alt-delete doesnt work

i have to reset it. i'm afraid if i keep doing this it will

mess up the hard drive

Sometimes computers tend to run slower when there is an abundance of useless information laying around in memory You can run a disk defragment to fix this problem Click on Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Disk Defragment Follow the instructions on the monitor to complete the defragment This will take a while so be patient You might as well run the Disk CleanUp to assure that everything is taken care of You will also find this option in the System Tools Good Luck!
