In response to Dimitros answer, I do have the higest Ati video card of 128 MB on my Gateway laptop, its the Raedon 9600? could it be I need to download a new driver for the card? can you tell me how to do this because I went to ati.com and can't seem to find the proper section for a download, please help, thanks.

To whom it may concern:

Sure I would be glad to help you download the drivers Go to www.ati.com click the link saying "Drivers & Software", now click the operating system you have on your system Now click on "Graphic Driver" in the next window And now choose "Radeon Family" once you have done that click the go button under that window When the next page comes up scroll down a littlebit and download either the highspeed download (all the files in one) or download the dial-up files (3 separate files)

Once you have finished the download run the setup file and install the graphics drivers Now you should be good to go.
