Did you get all the viruses?

I was infected with the "sassar" virus and did clear that out, however, when infected, that error window came up on the desktop showing "LSA shell (export version) encountered a problem and must close, etc ............ and even thou I got rid of the virus, that window keeps coming up when I reboot and there is no way to close it out that I know of, so I have to drag it to the bottom of the screen all the time. Any way to get rid of the window???? Thanks.

To whom it may concern:

This sounds to me like you have a virus that is affecting your system If you have an anti-virus program I would suggest updating the anti-virus then scan your system and delete any virus that you might have.

If you do not have a anti-virus program you may check if your computer has viruses for free at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ If the program finds any viruses it will NOT delete them due to it being a free scan, you must purchase their software If you see that you do have a virus it is advised to go out buy anti-virus software and eliminate any viruses from your computer.

Another thing you can try is to search your computer for adware which is simular to a virus You can get free adware removing program by going to security.kolla.de/ to download the program This scans for adware and removes anything thats harmful to your computer After you install the program download all the updates before you scan for any adware, after you scan you will be able to remove anything found.

If none of this solves your problem I suggest backing up any files you need and reformat your harddrive.
