I have a downloader.turow virus

I have a downloader.turow virus and have run all the necessary virus scans, they all find the virus, but can't delete, quarenten etc.

Please Help!

You need to try to erase the file manually Boot up into safe mode, once in safe mode navigate to that specific file and try deleting it.

If you still cannot delete it during safe mode, and cannot delete the virus with your anti-virus program (make sure it is updates) then I highly suggest that you reformat if the virus is a big worry to you

Back up all your files if you decide to format.
