Cannot access my files or control panel

i cannot access my files or control panel.it say abnormal program termination.i cannot use my address box it says to make sure internet path or internet address is correct.when itry to get in to my files when it says abnormal program termination my screne goes blank where my icons are and then comes back on and i have a icon in the bottom corner that says in a blue square box that says c:\windows\obdc.hta.when i click on it it leaves a blank space in the middle of my icon screne.i have ran sasser worm and i have none and i have mcafees anti virus and it says my computer is clean.i have tried to restore my computer to an earlier time and nothing happens.thankyou very much

To whom it may concern:

This sounds to me like you have a virus that is affecting your system If you have an anti-virus program I would suggest updating the anti-virus then scan your system and delete any virus that you might have.

If you do not have a anti-virus program you may check if your computer has viruses for free at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ If the program finds any viruses it will NOT delete them due to it being a free scan, you must purchase their software If you see that you do have a virus it is advised to go out buy anti-virus software and eliminate any viruses from your computer.

Another thing you can try is to search your computer for adware which is simular to a virus You can get free adware removing program by going to security.kolla.de/ to download the program This scans for adware and removes anything thats harmful to your computer After you install the program download all the updates before you scan for any adware, after you scan you will be able to remove anything found.
