When I try to turn on my PC it will start, then reset itself without opening anything? Is there something wrong with my OS? It will not run in Safe mode.

To fix this problem you will need to re-install your operating system I would recommend a system restore but that won't be possible because you are unable to access your OS So, wipe clean those dusty re-installation cd(s) that came along with your computer when your first purchased it and pop them into your cd-rom Start the computer by pressing the power on button located on the tower and quickly hit the eject button on your cd-rom Place the cd in its' tray and hit the eject button once more to close (Don't worry if the computer shuts down or reboots) The next time you start your computer the cd will autorun and lead you through the re-installation process Follow the instructions on the monitor to complete the re-installation and all should be well Good Luck!!
