My system won't allow me to delete messages from Outlook Express. When I read my mail and then try to delete messages, either by highlighting them and hitting the "delete" key on the keyboard or by clicking "delete" in the menu, the messages just sit there. Right-clicking and trying to delete is also a failure.
I've never had this problem before! Do you think the system is infected? (I have Norton, which I update each year at your store, and it checks regularly for viruses).

To whom it may concern:
Im assuming you searched for viruses but have not found anything
Another thing you can do is scan for spyware with a program called Spybot, which is free You can download spybot at www.safer-networking.org After you download and install Spybot make sure you update it Once you update it scan your system and delete any spyware you might have.
