Should you download Adware or Spybot if you already have Spyware Begone?

I installed Spyware Begone (for which I paid $39.95) and as far as I know they are doing fine. They had a free program NO TRACE which I also installed. Do I need to install any of the other programs like ADaware or Spybot?
