Try reinstalling MSN

Is it possible you have a firewall or antivirus blocking your connection?

Have you changed anything in your registry or perhaps ran a program that has changes something in your registry.

If you don't want to try to update the file, try disabling script debugging:

1 Start Internet Explorer.

2 On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

3 On the Advanced tab, click to select the Disable Script Debugging check box in the Browsing section.

4 Click OK, and then restart Windows.
