What is wrong with my explorer?

Whenever I try to enter My Computer, My Documents, Control Pannel, anything like that, I get an error message saying Illegal action caused by Explorer. There seems to be a radio bar on these windows that wasn't there before.

There really isn't much more than that.

What I would say for you to do is to try to get to the control panel and go to the add/remove programs and uninstall everything that doesn’t belong in your computer Also I would recommend scanning for viruses and spyware because I think that could be the main problem messing up your explorer I hope that helps!
