How do I make it so that a file does not use a specific program to open it?

you always want that program to open these types of files, put a checkmark

in the box that says: Always use this program to open files of this type

how i deactivate chackmark box its already activate.

e.g: right click on .doc file go to properties then change with ext file click

new box open under programe file its show Always use the selected program to open this kind of file check mark box is activate. How i this checkmark box deactivate?

Simply right click the file and go to "Open With", when it expands out select "Choose Program..." In that window you will see a list of programs, starting with the ones Windows has associated to the file and the current one it uses will be highlighted Uncheck the box that says "Always use the selected program to open this type of file"
