what happens when you dynamite system and reconfigure using the start up disks. i have done this say about 5 times so far and im ready to do it again because i have some sort of sptware and adware i cannot get rid of ive tried with the ad-aware download but there is still something screwy tired of pop up hell too, the mouse is jittery and the key strokes are slow to come to screen i have norton 2003 installed.

Your first problem may be your OS ME is not one of the most stable windows products You should consider upgrading to Windows XP at your earliest convience.

you should do a clean installation before you reinstall any other software

then you should go to microsft and down load the latest patches and updates for your OS because you are using win ME, it's important that you make sure that the software that you are using is compatible with ME.
