I use safeworld antivirus protection. It has found a virus in a file and cannot isolate nor delete it. The virus is in C:\Program Files\Timesink\adgateway\tsadbot.exe and when I try to delete it manually I get a message that it cannot be deleted due to not enough space on disk or access denied. I have also tried to overwrite it with a copy of that file from another computer, but when I click on the file in the A:\ drive and press copy to the above address, the computer freezes up.
I am in the process of copying all my files to cd's (except the infected file) prior to any more files becoming infected. However, I need to find an answer to removing the infected file. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Contact the manufacturer of your anti softwarevirus , or visit the manufacturer's Web site, to see whether an update is available
If that does'nt work try installing other antivirus program like McAffee Antivirus.
