How can you retrieve items that have been sent to, and deleted from, the recyle bin (the recycle bin has been emptied)?

The Recycle Bin stores all of your deleted files until you decide to empty it As long as the deleted file remains in the Recycle Bin, it can be retrieved Once it is deleted from the Recycle Bin, it is gone for good!
