What is share memory with video card


i should have 256 ram it is showing only 224 why is this cam you help?

Usually this is because your system shares it memory with your video graphics card.

Computer companies us this method in order to same money on video card memory and

on cheaper system.

if you take 256 - 224 that give you 32 witch is the amount of memory that your cmos/bios is

currently using in your operating system video.
