My laptop seems to have a glitch. Some programs do not work or I receive an error, low memory. The task bar has shifted position from the bottom of the screen to the top. The restore program does not correct the problem. I don't know if this is a virus, the laptop has not been online in a month. How can I get back my system to a time it worked correctly?

1) Have you scanned for viruses? If not you should try to scan for viruses just to make sure you don’t have a virus if you do have one that thats the problem

2) If that does not work check to see how much memory you have and make sure you have the requirements of the OS in witch you are using

3) If that does not work try running system restore again and restore the computer about a month before the problem started

try these three steps and let me know if they work
