How to stop Action Manager from showing up everytime computer boots up

How do I get my action mangage not to show up everytime I start my computer?

I know there is a settting I can go to but I forgot how to do it for the start up items.

The first thing you need to do is click the start button, then Run Type 'msconfig', it will take you to the System configuration Utility Click the startup tab, on the startup item uncheck the action management The last thing when asked is to restart computer.
