How resolve AOL startup problem?

AOL 9.0 keeps shutting down unexpectedly and closing Windows. There is no warning before it happens, just a message that it is closing.

Try uninstalling AOL 9.0 then install it back again.

To uninstall AOL 9.0

1 Open Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel

2 In the list of programs, click AOL 9.0, and then click Change/Remove

3 Click Uninstall AOL 9.0, and then click Continue

4 Click Yes to confirm that you want to start uninstalling AOL 9.0

5 Restart your computer

Begin installing AOL 9.0 again
