Why your computer connect to the internet when safe mode.

My computer will only connect to the internet when I boot in safe mode. I've loaded new updates,norton,spyware,and adware. I found several redirect host and followed the procedure to remove them. However, one keeps resetting itself. So when I try to go on line in regular mode the sysyem shows cannot find server, even though it shows I'm connected

Are you sure it is in safe mode and not a resolution problem? if it is safe mode it will say safe mode in each corner of the screen I didn't think you could connect to the internet in safe mode check the resolution setting for your monitor.
