How to forward your e-mails to outlook express

Is there software available that will allow me to forward my e-mails from my old account at aol to my new account in outlook express at cox cable? If so how can I get it and do I need to keep my aol account open while the forwarding software is being used?

When I transferred from AOL to MSN, MSN had a method of moving my e-mails to my MSN account You have to keep your AOL account open while this is being done MSN provided a two month free service so that I could give AOL notice before the transfer went into affect Have you checked with Cox Cable to see if they are offering a similar deal?
