Sometimes when playing games it's slow in loading something like a picture or combat

sometimes when playing games it's slow in loading something like a picture or combat, so once i closed some of my programs running in the lower right cornor of windows, then it got laggy in windows, i removed stuff like spyware Doctor, bullguard, cashback, steam, deamontools and pop-up stopper. I opened task maneger and saw that a program scvhost or something using 95% of my CPU, then i closed it and returned to my game, for 1 min. (shut down time) but it was so nice, no lag or anything (game warcraft 3 the frozen throne)
