How do I share Favorites on Internet Explorer between Users on XP?

How do you share Favorites on Internet Explorer between Users on XP? I would like to Add to Favorites once and have it available to all Users.

Do you mean all users that has an account on the machine? If so then I would assume that if you copy the files (.HTM files) from the directory C:\Document and Settings\<user>\Favorites to C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Favorites If that fails, copy the .HTM files to the favorites folder in the <users> folders repectively

The HTM file may say SHORTCUT and have the shortcut icon That's normal and those are the files in question I think any offline pages are .HTMs
