Hi:

I recently purchased a new desktop computer. My problem is that each time I startup my computer, it "freezes". I'm not sure what exactly caused this to occur, but I didn't have this problem when I first bought my computer.

Earlier, I installed and ran "Spybot: Search and Destroy" on my computer and as a result I deleted some files it found on my computer to be spyware. I'm not sure if what I had done may have caused this problem or not.

I hope you can help me resolve this problem.

Thank you!

Sincerely: George

Hi, I think you have to make sure that you an up-to-date anti-virus software to make sure that your PC is protected against viruses Try to run both the antivirus and the spybot.
