Speed issues with Windows XP sp2?

i downloaded win. xp service pack 2 to my computer now it seems to run slow on my programs that i have any way to fix or uninstall it

The first thing I would do is to check your computer for any spyware you may have A great program for that is Spybot Search and Destroy After that try to see if any program picked up speed If not, then I would advise to scan for viruses If that didn’t do it, then I would suggest getting at least 512mb of RAM It would help you a lot If that doesn’t work or you cannot afford more RAM at this time, then my next guess would be to uninstall SP2 To do that you would have to go to the control panel and from there click on Add or Remove Programs Then scroll down till you see Windows XP SP2 Click on it and click on remove It may take some time to remove it and you may need to restart once it is done removing SP2 Once that is complete your system should be back to normal speed.
