How can i recieve mail with error code 0x800cccoe?

Thanks for replying to my question-i am getting error 0x800cccoe I can send emails but cannot receive them-I have tried changing smtp server but my problem still remains HELP!

Do you have a firewall installed?(e.g Zone Alarm, Norton System Works, etc.) If you do, check its settings and error logs to make sure that it is not blocking your mail program If you have an anti-virus (or anti-spam) program set to scan incoming mail, that could also be blocking your mail or the firewall could be blocking the anti-virus/spam program
