How do I get my wallpaper to change colors back to normal

How do I get my wallpaper to change colors back to normal and how do I make everything back to normal size?

1 right click on the desk top

2 click properties

3 click your desktop tab

4 scroll to the top in the background box and select none

5 change color from current to blue or keep current backdrop color

6 click your appearance tab

7 click your change color scheme drop down tab and choose default

8 click your font size drop down tab and choose normal
