Why is it when I go to put in a web site in the address bar and start typing the www. info it brings up all the site's I have been before. I do clear the history by using tools/internet options/clear, but when I start typing a new address again, it still shows some address's in it. Tell me way I can't get rid of all the Seach for "w" site's?????

Thanks,

Dean

To get rid of the past websites you visited from you address bar You have to do this.

1)In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2)Click the General tab.

3)Under History, change the number of days that the History list keeps track of your pages (So if you want it to keep track of your WebPages for five days put it on five days)

4) To clear the list completely click on Clear History (This will temporarily free up disk space on your computer)
