I am unable to get my Earthlink mail in my Netscape program. It was working fine until last night. Eathlink is not my provider. Charter Communications is my provider. Earthlink tech support has been no help. They told me to disable my virus checker (sophos from http://www.sophos.com) and my XP firewall. None of this helped. It says there are no new messages on the server. But there are messages on the server. I have to keep checking via the Earthlink site. I've done everything short of re-installing Netscape. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Since you justed used the application previous day windows offers a rollback feature which rolls back to the previous day:

to access this feature

1 click start

2 select control panel from your options list

3 click system restore

note: back up or save anything important that you may have saved that you want to keep before using this feature as it will not be available once you restore to previous state.
