How to connect your internet?

Randomly, my internet connection is disconnected. Usually in 10-15 minutes. When I try to reconnect it shows that I am connecting to a site by the number(example) 216.46.365. Then it never connects. Restart, connect, disconnect, restart, ...

Click on Tools and then Internet Options Click on the Connections tab, then click LAN settings Make sure your modem and pc are on the same address.
