When I start up my computer it takes a while to load then an error message comes up saying

Cannot find c:/windows\system32\tools\delfolders.exe

Not sure how to get rid of it..

It seems your problem is a file that was located in the system32 folder isn’t there anymore but it is still trying to start up So I would say to stop it from starting up What you have to do is go to start then click run Then type in “msconfig” without the quotes and press enter A window would show up that says system configuration utility Then you click on the start up tab then uncheck all of those boxes that are there Then restart your PC when it asks you to and your PC should start up faster and without that problem you have I hope that helps!
