How to remove Spyware

How do I check to see if Spyware has invaded my computer & remedy for removal

Click on start menu go to control panel click control panel go to add or remove programs click on add or remove programs You will see what is currenly installed on your computer Search for spyware if you see the program click on the program Click on the bottom change/remove and program will be removed.
