How can I display Japanese in hotmail?

How can i display japanese in hotmail so if dosn't come up with ¡“ú‚́A“ú–{Œê‚ŁAƒ[ƒ‹‚µ‚Ü‚·BŽ„‚ªA”ñí‚É‚©‚í‚¢‚¢IH etc. Or is there a program which converts it?

Ok what you have to do is go to the link below

1 www.ukstudentlife.com/Life/Computer/Oriental.htm

2 Once you have clicked on the Japanese

3 On the upper right hand corner there is a box with a bunch of links

4 Click on the one that says Change .NET Passport Profile

5 Once in there click on the sign in box.

6 It will prompt you to down load a service pack for that language.
