When I go to a website the tool bars and menu options is clear and visible, but....

The other day i turned on my computer and when it booted up my desktop was perfectly fine but whenever i go to a website the tool bars and menu options(like the one on the left hand side of your website) is clear and visible. However, the rest of the website has like a blue fuzzy and blurry background to it which makes it very hard to read words or view images. Can you please help its driving me insane.

It is obious that your video card is malfunctioning, it could be that the drivers for it got corrupted or simply it is time to replace your viedeo card right clik my computer, then go to properties, then click on hardware and then device manager I you see a yellow exclamation point or a red X that means that you have drivers problems else try intalling a new grafic card.

You could also try to get back to your last good known configuration, to do this you have to restart your computer and the computer is booting up press the F8 key This will take you to a menu where you can pick this option (Last good Known configuration) If everything goes back to normal you should create a recovery point You could get more information about setting up a restore point in the Microsoft Help and Support.

Also check If the cable form your monitor is pluged in all the way also check for viruses and adware, Run the latest virus program availble or an adware software respectively.
